Our take on Longevity Noodles, to share long life and prosperity! Ingredients: 3 tbsp Olive oil 3 Garlic cloves minced 1 Small piece ginger finely chopped 1 pack House of Goodness Fresh Noodles + Aromatic Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Oyster sauce 1 bunch Chinese Broccoli (Gai Lan) sliced small 1 large Carrot shredded 8 Shiitake mushrooms soaked, drained and sliced Finely chopped spring onions (optional) Method: Prepare all the vegetables Cook the Noodles as per instructions.
