Wonton Twist with Dark Chocolate Dipping Sauce

Get ready to twist and shout with our gluten-free Fried Wonton Twists, served with a side of dark chocolate dipping sauce. They're a match made in snacking heaven!


  • 1 packet of gluten-free wonton wrapper mix
  • 2 tbsp of coconut sugar
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate


  1. Add coconut sugar to wonton flour mix and prepare dough as per packet instruction.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a thin sheet, about 0.5mm thick.
  3. Cut the dough into strips, about 2cm wide and 10 cm long.
  4. Twist each strip gently to form a spiral shape

Fry the Wonton Twists:

  • In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat until it reaches 175°C.
  • Carefully add the wonton twists in batches, frying until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
  • Remove the fried wonton twists and transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Repeat with the remaining dough strips.
  • Melt dark chocolate in microwave for 1 minutes. 
  • Transfer the dark chocolate dipping sauce to a serving bowl.
  • Arrange the fried wonton twists on a platter.
  • Serve the wonton twists warm alongside the dark chocolate dipping sauce for a delightful sweet and crispy treat!
