Longevity Noodles

Our take on Longevity Noodles, to share long life and prosperity!

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 Small piece ginger finely chopped
  • 1 pack House of Goodness Fresh Noodles + Aromatic Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 bunch Chinese Broccoli (Gai Lan) sliced small
  • 1 large Carrot shredded
  • 8 Shiitake mushrooms soaked, drained and sliced
  • Finely chopped spring onions (optional)

Method:

  1. Prepare all the vegetables
  2. Cook the Noodles as per instructions. Drain and cool, then set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a large pot or wok. Add minced garlic and ginger. Stir until lightly browned.
  4. Add the shiitake mushroom and shredded carrot. Let it cook slightly, then add the chinese broccoli, mixing continuously.
  5. Mix the oyster sauce with the entire sauce packet. Pour half the mixture into the vegetables and continue mixing.
  6. Add the cooked noodles and the remaining sauce mixture. Add spring onions.
  7. Continue to stir fry until all is combined well, then serve and slurp!
