Our take on Longevity Noodles, to share long life and prosperity!
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 Garlic cloves minced
- 1 Small piece ginger finely chopped
- 1 pack House of Goodness Fresh Noodles + Aromatic Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 bunch Chinese Broccoli (Gai Lan) sliced small
- 1 large Carrot shredded
- 8 Shiitake mushrooms soaked, drained and sliced
- Finely chopped spring onions (optional)
Method:
- Prepare all the vegetables
- Cook the Noodles as per instructions. Drain and cool, then set aside.
- Heat oil in a large pot or wok. Add minced garlic and ginger. Stir until lightly browned.
- Add the shiitake mushroom and shredded carrot. Let it cook slightly, then add the chinese broccoli, mixing continuously.
- Mix the oyster sauce with the entire sauce packet. Pour half the mixture into the vegetables and continue mixing.
- Add the cooked noodles and the remaining sauce mixture. Add spring onions.
- Continue to stir fry until all is combined well, then serve and slurp!
