Moreish Noodle Soup

Coconut Asian soup

A warming meal where the comforting richness of coconut milk meets vibrant Asian spices. With a few simple ingredients and straightforward steps, you can whip up this comforting bowl of goodness in no time.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbps of Asian Veggie Stock Concentrate from Broth Sisters
- 1 tsp of Organic Ginger Paste
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 2 tbps gluten free soy sauce
- Rice noodles and dumplings
*Optional garnishes: sliced spring onions, chopped coriander, crispy onions

METHOD
1. Prepare Asian Broth in a saucepan over medium heat as per instruction. 
2. 
Once the broth is hot, carefully pour in the can of coconut milk. Add ginger paste and soy sauce, and stir gently to combine.
3. Allow the soup to simmer over medium-low heat for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
4. Serve with rice noodles and dumplings. Top with any topping you like.

Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning as needed.
