Allergies & Low FODMAP

We understand the serious effects of cross-contamination. Our sourcing process is meticulous to ensure ingredients are free from gluten, dairy, egg, nuts and sesame.

We offer two dumpling flavours that are FODMAP-friendly, following the Monash University FODMAP Guide. Our recipes are carefully crafted to ensure that each packet is appropriate for a Low FODMAP diet.

We currently deliver within Australia and New Zealand via Australia Post.

Order will be processed within two business days. Australia Post delivery speed is usually 2-5 business days to metro areas and a few extra days for regional and NT.
