This is a great, nutritious and crunchy salad to serve with our gourmet dumplings.
SALAD INGREDIENTS- 1/4 Green Cabbage or Savoy Cabbage, shredded
- 1 Carrot - shredded
- 150g Snow Peas, sliced
- 3 Tbsp roughly chopped fresh Mint or Coriander
- 2 Tbsp Miso Paste (either white or red miso), diluted in a 4 Tbsp lukewarm water
- 2 Tbsp Tamari or Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- Pinch of White Pepper
- 1 tsp toasted Sesame Seeds to sprinkle over salad (optional)
- Toss the prepared vegetables to mix together.
- Place dressing ingredients in a glass jar. Close the lid and shake the jar a few times so that dressing ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Drizzle a small amount of dressing to coat the salad mix, let it stand and marinate for 5-10mins.
- Pour the desired amount of the dressing over salad when ready to serve. Serve with House of Goodness dumplings.
