Sweet Ginger & Coconut Dumplings

These sweet fried dumplings are a staple dish. They are very easy to make, filled with only 2 ingredients. Be warned, they are addictive! 🤩🥟 INGREDIENTS 1 pack of Wonton Pastry Mix 120g of crystallized ginger 140g of desiccated coconut   1 tsp of water (approximatively, to bind mixture together) *oil for frying METHOD Make wonton dough as per instruction.
