INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 stalks of Coriander, coarsely chopped
- a knob of Ginger (2cm), peeled and sliced finely
- 1 Chilli, finely sliced
- a pinch of Pepper
- 2 Tbsp of Tamari (gluten free soy sauce)
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
METHOD
- Place all prepared ingredients into a sauce bowl.
- Stir gently and let ingredients infuse for 10—15 minutes.
- Serve with dumplings.
