Comforting dish to welcome the cooler days.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 chinese wombok cabbage
- 500gr of pork mince (you can also use beef, chicken or tofu)
- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 1 spring onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 big thumb of ginger
- 2tbsp GF soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- *Add any veggie that you'll like
METHOD
- Bring a large pot of water to boil. Immerse cabbage leaves and cook them for about 2-3 minutes (until soft). Then drain leaves and leave them to cool.
- Mix all other ingredients together until mixture is well combined
- Place a first layer of cooked cabbage leaves in a baking tray then top it with the meet and veggie mixture.
- Repeat until baking tray is full to the top
- Bake in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes at 180C.
*This can be made ahead and refrigerated.
*Serve with some more GF soy sauce on top
