Garlic and Ginger Bok Choy

This wholesome dish ready in just 10 minutes with loads of unexpected flavour. Totally simple and delicious. All you need is just a handful of ingredients.

INGREDIENT​​​​​​​​

  • bok choy​​​​​​​​
  • 3 large cloves of garlic, minced​​​​​​​​
  • 1 thumb of ginger, minced​​​​​​​​
  • 1 tbs of olive oil​​​​​​​​
  • coriander, minced​​​​​​​​
  • gf soy sauce​​​​​​​​

METHOD​​​​​​​​

  1. Steam bok choy for 2 - 3 minutes ​​​​​​​​
  2. Heat up garlic, ginger, and olive oil in a pan for 2 minutes​​​​​​​​
  3. Pour mixture in a bowl and add soy sauce and coriander​​​​​​​​
  4. Drizzle on top of the bok choy​​​​​​​​
  5. Serve and enjoy  ​​​​​​​​
