This wholesome dish ready in just 10 minutes with loads of unexpected flavour. Totally simple and delicious. All you need is just a handful of ingredients.
INGREDIENT
- bok choy
- 3 large cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 thumb of ginger, minced
- 1 tbs of olive oil
- coriander, minced
- gf soy sauce
METHOD
- Steam bok choy for 2 - 3 minutes
- Heat up garlic, ginger, and olive oil in a pan for 2 minutes
- Pour mixture in a bowl and add soy sauce and coriander
- Drizzle on top of the bok choy
- Serve and enjoy
