Honestly such a easy packet to follow, i just yse a wooden spoon to mix everything in a bowl and then knead a little - makes excellent dumplings the wrapper is soft and delicate cant wait to try more from this brand

7 Year old tick of approval

My 7 year old son was recently diagnosed with coeliac disease, so it's been a journey finding alternatives to his favourite meals that he will actually eat. Although more time consuming than buying the pre made won ton wrappers from the supermarket, watching my son gobble up the dumpling like he use to was well worth the effort.
Before coming across House of goodness, I attempted to use GF pastry for the dumpling wrappers, however they simply fell apart. The texture, taste and ability of the House of goodness wrappers rivalled any gluten product.
