I've been trying to make gluten free dim sims and had a lot of trouble making the perfect wrapper mix. So I gave these wonton wrappers a go
It was so easy! Just add water and mix! I didn't have to 'add a bit of protein here, add a bit of xanthum gum there', it was all done for me!
Despite myself being a cheapass, I'll probably use this again. :D
