Gluten free Gingerbread Wonton Star Crisps

These Gingerbread inspired Star Crisps are the easiest snack you can make. If you are looking for a sweet, healthy crunchy treat during the Christmas holiday, look no further.


  • 1 packet of Wonton Wrapper Mix
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla


  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Add all ingredients together
  3. Follow the packet instructions to prepare the dough with the mixed ingredients.
  4. Roll out the dough to 2-3mm thin; the thinner it is rolled out, the more crispy it will be.
  5. Use the star cutter or any preferred cookie cutters to shape your crisps. 
  6. Brush with oil lightly on both sides. 
  7. Bake for 10 minutes. Flip over and bake for a further 5 mins or until crisp.
  8. Sprinkle some sugar over the top and enjoy!
