These Gingerbread inspired Star Crisps are the easiest snack you can make. If you are looking for a sweet, healthy crunchy treat during the Christmas holiday, look no further.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet of Wonton Wrapper Mix
- 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Add all ingredients together
- Follow the packet instructions to prepare the dough with the mixed ingredients.
- Roll out the dough to 2-3mm thin; the thinner it is rolled out, the more crispy it will be.
- Use the star cutter or any preferred cookie cutters to shape your crisps.
- Brush with oil lightly on both sides.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Flip over and bake for a further 5 mins or until crisp.
- Sprinkle some sugar over the top and enjoy!
