We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand. Standard postage is $9.50, Medium is $12.90 and Large is $18.90 across Australia. Standard delivery up to $28 can be apply to ship to New Zealand.

ONLINE PURCHASES 

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if you receive an item purchased on houseofgoodness.com.au that: 
• is damaged and/or broken 
• is faulty 
• is incorrect 
Please contact us via the our contact form within 48 hours of receiving of goods to discuss your concerns. We will respond to you as soon as possible to remedy issues by a replacement or refund. Please note delivery fees are non refundable and is at the buyer’s cost.
