Are your products free from contaminants?

We take allergies seriously and understand the serious effects of cross-contamination. We take utmost care in sourcing ingredients that are free from gluten, dairy, and nuts, and use organic ingredients where possible. POSTAGE & HANDLING

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

Sorry, currently we only deliver within Australia via Sendle.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be processed within two business days. Sendle is the delivery service provider we use and your order should arrive within 5-7 business days from when you place your order. More details are available in our terms & conditions on the clickable link upon checkout.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if you receive an item purchased on houseofgoodness.com.au that: 
• is damaged and/or broken 
• is faulty 
• is incorrect 
Please contact us via the our contact form within 48 hours of receiving of goods to discuss your concerns. We will respond to you as soon as possible to remedy issues by a replacement or refund. Please note delivery fees are non refundable and is at the buyer’s cost.
