  • Add 1-2 tsp garam masala to hummus, yoghurt or your choice of dip. Mix well and add extra to cater to your preferred flavour.
  • Serve with a dash of extra virgin olive oil on top and sprinkle with more garam masala and toasted seeds along with chopped fresh herbs.
